Yes! When you bundle two or more services (e.g., windows + gutters, or windows + pressure washing), you save 10% on the total. Most customers bundle and save $50–$100. It's the best value and we can usually do everything in one visit.

Never. The price we quote is the price you pay. HST is extra, but we always state that upfront. No surprise charges, no upselling pressure on the day of service.

We accept e-Transfer (preferred), cash, credit card, and debit. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you've had a chance to inspect our work.

Exterior-only cleaning takes 45–90 minutes for most homes. Interior and exterior combined takes 1.5–3 hours depending on the number of windows and accessibility. We'll give you a time estimate when we book.

Yes. We clean window frames, sills, and tracks as part of every job at no extra charge. Screen cleaning is available as an add-on — we remove them, wash them, and reinstall. Most customers add it for a small fee.

Absolutely. We're equipped with professional extension ladders up to 28 feet, plus water-fed poles for hard-to-reach windows. We safely clean up to 3-storey homes.

Most homeowners benefit from cleaning twice a year — spring and fall. Homes near busy roads, construction sites, or with lots of trees may benefit from quarterly cleaning. We offer maintenance plans with priority booking and 10% savings.

We use professional-grade, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are safe for all window types, frames, and surrounding landscaping. Our ClearCoat™ purified water system leaves zero residue and no chemical runoff.

For exterior-only cleaning, you don't need to be home — just let us know how to access the yard (gate code, side entrance, etc.). For interior cleaning, someone needs to be home to let us in.

We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead for regular service. During peak seasons (April–June, September–October), booking 2–3 weeks ahead is best. Call us and we'll find the earliest available slot.

Light rain doesn't affect exterior window cleaning — our squeegee technique works in any weather and the rain actually helps rinse everything. For heavy downpours, we'll reschedule at no charge and prioritize your rebook.

Yes. Mantle carries $2 million in general liability insurance. We can provide proof of insurance upon request. Your home is fully protected.

Simple: if you're not 100% satisfied with our work, we'll come back and redo it for free. If you're still not happy, you don't pay. No questions asked. We've never had to use it — but it's there so you never have to worry.

In the unlikely event of any damage, we take full responsibility. We'll document it on the spot, file an insurance claim, and arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you. We photograph every job before and after for exactly this reason.
