Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior services. We just need access to your property and an outdoor water source. We'll text you before & after photos when we're done.
How do I pay?
E-transfer (preferred), credit card, or cash. Payment is due after the job, after the walkthrough, after you're happy.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn't affect window cleaning (our purified water handles it). For pressure washing, we reschedule if conditions are bad. No charge for weather reschedules.
How far in advance should I book?
We can usually accommodate bookings within 3-5 business days. Spring is our busiest season — earlier is better for April and May availability.
